Notice to Patients Regarding Corona Virus

To All Prime ATC Patients and Caregivers,

We have sufficient inventory to supply our patients and plan to remain open to serve you.

In order to protect our patients and staff, we are implementing the following policies until further notice:

We will be limiting our facility to a maximum of 15 patients at a time. This will provide physical separation between patients as recommended by the Center for Disease Control.  Please be patient if we are at capacity and request for you to wait in your vehicle until called.

We highly recommend placing express orders by phone.

Express orders should be placed at least 3 hours in advance of intended pickup.

  • Priority will be given to those with express orders.
  • Express order policies will still apply
    • No changes or additions at the counter please.
    • When placing your order please let us know when you plan to pick up.

Please pick up everything you need in a single visit if possible. Doing so decreases the traffic through our facility and helps keep us all safe.

All ATC classes are cancelled through the end of March.

In person consultations will be limited to 2 patients at a time in Unit C.

We will continue to keep our facility clean and are constantly disinfecting common surfaces.

Please do not visit Prime if you are feeling sick. It puts all our patients and staff at risk.  Stay home, rest, and we hope you feel better soon.

Kindly,

Prime ATC

Vape Cartridge Statement

logo

We at Prime ATC are deeply concerned by the recent news reports regarding certain vape products that have been associated with illness.  We have investigated these concerns and thoroughly reviewed our practices and the practices of our vape cartridge and terpene suppliers.

We do not use Vitamin E Acetate as an additive in any of our products. Additionally, none of our vapes contain cutting agents such as polyethylene glycol (PEG), Propylene Glycol (PG) Vegetable Glycerin (VG), or Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) which are commonly added by vape cartridge manufacturers. Our vape cartridges contain only cannabis concentrate produced in our facility in New Hampshire and terpenoids purchased from the country’s largest supplier of organic steam distilled terpenes.

We are committed to providing an exceptional experience and personalized approach to health and wellness.  Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about our products and processes. We welcome any questions from our patients or the public.

As always please feel free to reach out to us at (603 262-5035 / info@primeatc.com) if you have any concerns about the products you are using.

Sincerely,

Prime ATC Management and Staff

We’d like to hear from you! Support Group Suggestions Requested

Prime ATC is planning on holding targeted support groups in the future as a way for patients with similar conditions to get together and talk about what works, what doesn’t, and to get support from others who may be on a same health journey.

We’d like to know what times you’d want to see support groups held and if you’d like to see a specific condition (MS, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Lyme disease, etc.) represented in a future support group meeting.

Please let Rene know what you think about Prime ATC’s support groups at Rene@Primeatc.com.

Using therapeutic cannabis can have its own challenges, finding others who understand the process can be helpful and supportive.

A therapeutic cannabis support group allows you to meet with other users and learn from each other. Information can be shared on cannabis strains, therapeutic products, side effects, and what works or doesn’t work for your condition.
Our support group can also provide you with a forum to get encouragement and share information about your health journey.

  • Wednesday, September 19th,  3pm – 4pm

We are planning on holding Support Group meetings for specific conditions (MS, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Lyme disease, etc.) If you have a suggestion for a support group meeting please let Rene know at Rene@Primeatc.com

Express Orders

express

An Express Order is an order that is called in by phone prior to pick-up. You must call the order in at least 1.5 hours before you want to pick it up. Any orders called in less than one hour before our closing time will be available the next day 1.5 hours after opening.

Placing an Express Order

Call the Prime ATC main number 603.262.5035 and select option 4 for leaving an Express Order message.

  • Clearly state your First and Last Name.
  • Spell your last name.
  • Leave your phone number.
  • Let us know if we can leave a message from Prime ATC on your phone.
  • Tell us what products you want, including sizes, and amounts, and if applicable, whether you want daytime, nighttime, or anytime, and in the case of chocolate, if you want milk or dark.
  • Let us know when you plan to pick your Express Order up including day and time

Example:
“Hi this is Mary Jones, J-O-N-E-S. My phone number is xxx-xxxx. I’d like to place an express order for 2 Panama Red Pre-rolls, 3.5 grams of Sin Mints, a container of Daytime Honey and 2 20 mg nighttime dark chocolate sqaures. I will be by at 4:00 on June 6th to pick up my order.”

Note: It is important to leave all of this information with each Express Order. If we cannot understand you or don’t know exactly what you want we will be unable to fill the order.

Picking Up Your Express Order

When you sign-in at the front desk, tell them you have an Express Order and you will be given a green Express Order card. The Express Order card lets you “skip the line” to get to a counter so that you can pick up what you ordered.

Note: if you make any changes to your Express Order after it has been placed (including adding any additional products cannabis or not), it is no longer considered an Express Order and you will have to wait in the regular patient line. Any express order that is not picked up within 24 hours will be returned to inventory and a new order will need to be placed.
