To All Prime ATC Patients and Caregivers,
We have sufficient inventory to supply our patients and
plan to remain open to serve you.
In order to protect our patients and staff, we are
implementing the following policies until further notice:
We will be limiting our facility to a maximum of 15
patients at a time. This will provide physical separation between patients
as recommended by the Center for Disease Control. Please
be patient if we are at capacity and request for you to wait in your vehicle
until called.
We highly recommend placing
express orders by phone.
Express orders should
be placed at least 3 hours in advance of intended pickup.
- Priority
will be given to those with express orders.
- Express
order policies will still apply
- No changes or additions at
the counter please.
- When placing your order
please let us know when you plan to pick up.
Please pick up everything you need in a single visit if
possible. Doing so decreases the traffic through our facility and
helps keep us all safe.
All ATC classes are cancelled through the end of March.
In person consultations will be limited to 2 patients at
a time in Unit C.
We will continue to keep our facility clean and are constantly
disinfecting common surfaces.
Please do not visit Prime if you are feeling sick.
It puts all our patients and staff at risk. Stay home, rest, and we hope
you feel better soon.
