To protect the health and well-being of our staff members and patients, Prime ATC is instituting two policy changes, effective immediately: (1) We are once again requiring masks inside the dispensaries, and (2) We are no longer allowing animals inside the dispensaries unless they are service animals.
Prime ATC is committed to ensuring that our dispensaries are safe for all patients, caregivers, and staff members. For this reason, we are announcing two policy changes, which are effective immediately:
Masks Required Again Inside Dispensaries
So far, we have fortunately managed to avoid any serious problems associated with COVID-19. Our staff members check their temperature every day when they arrive at work, and nearly all staff have been voluntarily wearing masks. Despite the success of these measures, we remain concerned about the threat posed by COVID-19 to patients and staff. To alleviate this concern, we have decided that we will once again require that all patients, caregivers, and staff wear masks while inside our facilities.
This requirement will remain in place until further notice. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask for any reason, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the curbside pickup option (in Merrimack) or the drive-thru option (in Chichester). To place an order for curbside pickup or delivery, please call us in advance or order online.
Only Service Animals Allowed Inside Dispensaries
We have, unfortunately, experienced a few incidents in which the behavior of animals inside the dispensaries has caused patients or staff members to feel unsafe. As a result, we are changing our policy, and we will only be allowing animals inside the dispensaries if they are service animals. Please keep any service animals leashed and under control if you bring them inside the dispensaries.
We believe these changes are in the best interest of our patients and staff, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to continually update and improve our policies to better serve patients.
