What You Need for Your First Visit

For your initial visit, please bring the following:

• NH Therapeutic Cannabis Card
• Government Issued Photo ID
• Payment (cash, debit, or CanPay)

Before you make your first purchase with us, we require a few pages of intake paperwork. You can either print them out and bring them with you on your first visit, or you can fill them out in the lobby at your first visit. The intake paperwork is comprised of 3 documents which can be found below.
