Patients who have had the expiration date of their therapeutic cannabis card extended until July 31, 2020 will need to present a therapeutic cannabis card with a current expiration date beginning August 1, 2020.
In addition the Therapeutic Cannabis Program is extending the waiver of the Designated Caregiver application fee until the end of the declared State of Emergency.
