Temporary Changes to the Application Process for the Therapeutic Cannabis Program

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the Therapeutic Cannabis Program located at 29 Hazen Drive in Concord will be closed to the public. Patients are encouraged to send their applications through the mail or leave them in the locked drop box outside in front of 29 Hazen Drive.
